BAGGAGE MINDING
If you find yourself stuck with your luggage when you want to exploring, look online for services such as Stasher and LuggageHero. These services connect those who want somewhere safe to leave their baggage with local businesses willing to store it for small payment. In London I safely and cheaply left my luggage in a convenience store near St Pancras International while I visited the British library and in Cambridge I left my luggage in a shop opposite Kings College while I spent a full day, luggage free, looking round before catching a train. Just Google luggage storage in the locality where you want to leave your stuff and there's a good chance a service will pop up. Due to security risks many train stations don't store luggage any more and those that do charge about double what I paid.
